Visitors and useful contacts
All personnel are reminded that where possible they are to give at least 48 hrs notice for any visitor wishing to enter the RMAS.
If you don’t have access to a military computer system you can collect a visitor booking in form from the following locations:
Welfare Office (located on the 1st floor of the Wishstream Community Centre)
HIVE Office (located on the ground floor of the Wishstream Community Centre)
Once complete, your form is then to be taken to the gate your visitor will be entering the RMAS through. If for any reason you will be receiving visitors at very short notice then you must telephone the Guardroom on 01276 412397 and provide them with all the necessary details; telephone calls made directly to the entry gates to try and book in last minute visitors will not be accepted.
Security is the responsibility of us all; following the correct visitor booking in procedure helps to ensure that all those that live, work and visit the RMAS are safe, helps our Security Staff to do their job and it helps to ensure that your visitors are not kept waiting or refused entry.
Below are the postcodes for each gate:
Staff College – GU15 4NP
College Town – GU47 OPR
Please contact the Guardroom if you require any further information or you have any queries.
